All units that are not in warranty or under a service contract require a "prepaid estimate fee" before Millard Electronics, Inc. will begin any diagnostic or repair services. If the unit is repaired the estimate fee will be applied to the cost of the repair. If the estimate is denied the "estimate fee" is non-refundable. The prepaid estimate fee is as follows: VCR ($30), Directview TV, LCD TV, Hometheatre Reciever, Car Head unit, Amplifiers, Tape Deck, Turntable, DVD, Camcorder, Digital Camera, Rear Projection, Combo Units ($45), Reel to Reel ($55), Plasma ($149.95)

Shipping
All units shipped to Millard Electronics, Inc. must be shipped pre-paid. Millard Electronics, Inc. will not accept any units shipped "collect". Millard Electronics, Inc. will NOT ship any TV's, PTV's, Monitors or LCD's.
In-Home
All units that are not in warranty or under a service contract require a "prepaid diagnostic fee" at the time of diagnostics or repair services. The in-home diagnostic fee is $89.95 for all units with the exception of Plasma TVs. Plasma TVs have a in-home dignostic fee of $199.95. If more than one man is needed the fee is $20/hr per extra-man.
